La tierra Prometida???

La guardia del día de ayer ...

salí a correr y entrené
sin percatarme que la Dra. Angeles ( la de fin de semana)
todavía estaba de vacaciones; por lo que me sorprendió
que a las 9: 56 am había bastante gente en la sala de espera

me pusé a trabajar en un día largo...

1.- Niña de año y medio (crisis asmática)...
2.- Mujer de 35 años control embarazo
3.- Hombre de 57 años faringtis /dolor cervical (vende ostiones)
4.- Bebé de 2 meses Rinofaringitis
5.- Beba de 45 días rinofaringitis
6.- Señora de 57 años síndrome vertiginoso
7.- Mujer de 24 años sana
8.- Niño de 2 años sano
9.- Niña de 4 años sana
10.- Niña de 6 años sana (era una familia del programa oprtunidades)
11.- Joven de 17 años herida en cuello de 10 cm (con un machete)
12.- Mujer de 31 años con faringitis
13.- Mujer de 19 años con sospecha de embarazo y dolor abdominal
14.- Niño de 5 años con faringitis y herida en el ombligo
15.- Mujer de 36 años con faringitis
16.- Niño de 1 año con gastroenteritis ( diarrea fea)
17.- Su hermanita de 4 años con faringitis
18.- Mujer de 16 años sana
19.- HOmbre de 61 años sano, el señor cree que su esposa
( que falleció hace 3 años de cirrosis y no tomaba una gota)
se muríó por culpa suya y quiere hacerse examenes para
hepatitis B y C yo hable con él ... pero pues el quiere
20.- Mujer de 15 años con faringitis
21.- Mujer de 16 años faringitis
22.- Mujer de 46 años diabática ( Debut) traía 312 md/dl
glucosa central en sus examenes , tambien colesterol elevado.
23.- Niña de 10 años probable anemia
24.- HOmbre de 57 años Fimosis y micosis inguinal
25.- Mujer de 51 años con cuerpo extraño en ojo izquierdo
26.- NIña de 6 años con otitis
27.- Niña de 6 meses con faringitis
28.- JOven de 13 años síndrome febril en estudio
además le hizo reacción el DICLOFENACO ( vomitó en el pasillo)
29.- Su hermano de 12 con faringitis

23:45 horas

30.- Señora de 60 años, Neumonía.

Finalmente terminé tomándome unas chelas
con Armando,Tito y el Tanne (que estaba de visita)

ayer tuve un sueño extraño y revelador.
